An Amazing Tip for Having More Energy

Happy Friday dear friends!

Today I come to you straight from the Airport in Munich. As you have seen from previous posts and on Instagram we spent a week in Greece. Am I coming back from Greece then? You are probably wondering…not quite. I just came back and now I’m headed to Brazil for some much needed family time.  With the long hours and loads of work to do before Greece, coming back and leaving again, I’m in serious needs of energy boosts. As much as I can get of them!

Enter here, green teas, green juices with guarana powder, eating protein-rich meals, drinking lots of water, etc…

What I want to share with you today is a simple shower trick that can seriously get you up and at ’em even if you are feeling like you are running on low batteries. This is also beneficial to your immune system, so if you feel like you are getting a cold, this would help you as well.

Every one knows that taking a shower in the morning helps you feel more awake. This is not rocket science. But, with a small little tweak, you can reap even greater benefits and not only feel awake, but feel like you have so much energy that you are ready to conquer the world! Here’s the deal: once you finish your regular  shower routine, set your water to as cold as you can bear for about 30 sec. After that, turn up the water temperature again, for as hot as you can take, again for 30 sec. Repeat again the cold cycle. This only takes 90 sec in total, which granted, won’t be the most comfortable 90 sec of you life, but how energetic this will make you feel will most definitely make it worth it! #nopainnogain
